I think we can all agree that Louise Penny titles are HOT right now!  THANK YOU to Beverly Camalier and Keith Wilson for donating these audio books to the library, your continued support means a great deal to all of us!

Isn't She beautiful?  Stop by when you have a minute for a tour!

We've had to stop progress on the interior because we've run out of Phase II money.  The next check from New York State is not expected before May of 2018, so we've published a GoFundMe account in the hopes of attracting the attention of those who make large charitable contributions at the end of each fiscal year.  We'll keep you posted on our progress!

The Trustees and Plein Air Committee are thrilled to announce that $10,176.59 was raised for the library this year, our best yet!  Thank you to EVERYONE who helped to make this year's event so successful, it is a sincere pleasure to be on the team that works so hard for the benefit of the library and its community.  From hors d'oeuvres to sorting books to setting up racks,  there is a tremendous amount of work that goes into our special weekend and it can't be done without your generous dedication.  You are the sun that always shines on the Morristown Public Library!

Simply search 'North Country Library System' in the App Store on your phone for it. Since the app is new, it may be further down in list results but the icon will look like this:

Congratulations to all of our winners in this years fine art festival.  It was an exceptional turnout of artists, paintings, collectors and friends.  We are very proud to say that the library sold 56% of the paintings in the three-hour show!  Artists please look for our 2018 online application on the website in February as the 30 seats fill quickly.
